[ Loki yawned, almost languid of nature under the bright shine of the dozens of stars in the sky. Even though they could view the outer reaches of space during the day it still had a proper cycle of light and dark, it was early evening, the clearing they rested in still brightly lit. It had been his plan to steal Thor away, if only for a moment, from that damned bunch of friends who seemed to be occupying more and more of his brother's time. A soft laugh passed his lips as he had settled into the opening, there was few people he could feel free around-- Thor was one, but that was even rare as they began to grow older and apart. Now he just felt jealousy and needed little moments for himself. Laying out in the grass he watched the light sparkle above before he rolled onto his side to give a long look to him. ]
I think a day away from training will do you good. [ He murmurs, head tilted to the side, his own hair falling loosely around his head and the ground, not as worried about it when it was simply the two of them. ]

I think you may be correct, brother. [ He watches the dark strands cascade around his pale features and a hand lifts from behind his head to twirl a lock between his fingers idly, admiring just slightly, the silken feel of them, the familiarity of Loki himself. ]

Asgard can stand on it's own for a day. [ He continues as he reaches up to curl his hand over his brothers, chilled touch warmed by Thor's own. A drift of green eyes toward their hands before back to his own brilliantly blue gaze. ]

[ He pushes up on his elbows, leaning on his side to face his brother, and the other hand come up to close Loki's between his palms, rubbing slightly before bringing them to his lips to breathe warm air into cupped hands, eyes watching Loki's with a smile in them as he does so. ]

You beginning to look much more like a lion than ever before.
no subject
If I am a lion then you are a panther, all sleek, dark and shadowed. [ Spoke with a mock-spooky sort of trill to his voice, chuckling slightly ]
no subject
What if I were to cut it all? [ He inquires, testing, always pushing and waiting to see how Thor reacted. ]
no subject
But I would of course have to pay you back the favor. Some night when you least expect it.

That aside, you have never shown a proficiency for stealth, I believe I would hear you coming-- I do not fear your recompense Brother. [ A smirk touches his lips at that, leaning down a bit as he gives the slightest tug to a tuft of hair. ]

Then perhaps some day when I'm able to wrestle you into enough stillness to manage a shave.
no subject
Which is what makes teasing you so much fun.
no subject
And why should you have all the fun?
no subject
Behave yourself, lest I deem it worthy to cut your hair where you lay.
no subject
You wouldn't. You enjoy it too much.
no subject
It suits you.
no subject
And what of you? How shall I adorn you to match my new-found beauty? [ You don't want Thor braiding your hair. He's terrible at it ]
no subject
Perhaps a ribbon or a braid, I do not think you have time to comb out all the knots you'll make when you do such a poor job on my hair.
no subject
I think ribbons would suit you quite lovely. Perhaps two pigtails in pink bows? Green bows.
no subject
Do such and I fear I would have to do the same to you, bright red of course.
no subject
Then all of Asgard shall see what close brothers we are with our matching appearances.
no subject
Ah, yes, as Asgard would think we look so similarly. [ And it's a bit snide to say, because Loki believes-- brothers as they may be-- they look nothing alike. ]
